Washington View residents are responsible for electricity, gas, and any cable or internet service you like. WC Smith will handle all water and trash fees.

Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. Rental insurance ranges from about $12 to $20 per month and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings.

We have multiple ways to pay rent. You can pay through your online resident portal, or bring a check or money order to our leasing office.

Washington View has its own parking lot, and parking is FREE.  Just register with the leasing office to get a resident parking pass.
